The main problem in implementing minimum competency assessments is the limited questions similar to classroom learning. So it is necessary to carry out AKM-based question writing workshops, especially on numeracy questions, to increase students' readiness to take AKM. This workshop aims to improve teachers' abilities in designing reasoning type AKM-Numeracy-based test questions in the Bengkulu context. The target of the activity was a deliberation of mathematics subject teachers (MGMP) for mathematics at SMP/MTs in Bengkulu City, totaling 32 people. The preparation process consists of four stages, namely: (1) guide design, (2) question preparation workshop, (3) structured independent assignment, and (4) test questions. The results of this service activity are (1) an increase in teachers' abilities in compiling AKM-numeration reasoning instruments in the Bengkulu context, and (2) the level of teacher understanding after carrying out activities in the high category. (3) the composition of the AKM-numeracy test instrument for the Bengkulu context reasoning type for junior high school students, consisting of two question packages that meet the valid and reliable criteria, (4) the teacher's response in compiling the instrument is in a good category. The suggestion from this activity is that teachers should use familiar contexts in developing reasoning questions for students.
