Digital transformation in education requires schools to utilize information technology to support learning, management, and institutional publication. However, many junior high schools still face challenges in managing school websites due to limited digital competencies among teachers. This Community Service Program aims to improve the digital competence of teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Kota Tangerang Selatan in developing and managing a school company profile website using HTML and CSS. The program involved 30 teachers out of a total of 45 educators, where most participants initially lacked the ability to manage the school website independently. The implementation method applied a learning by doing approach through hands-on training, technical mentoring, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ digital competencies, particularly in understanding HTML structures, applying CSS, and independently managing school websites. In addition, the program positively influenced teachers’ attitudes and behaviors, including increased self-confidence, interest in digital media development, and the establishment of a collaborative working culture. From an institutional perspective, this program encouraged school independence in managing digital information media and improved resource efficiency. Therefore, this community service activity contributes to supporting digital transformation in education and strengthening sustainable school information governance.Downloads
