Abstract

This service aims to build a servant leadership culture to increase collaboration between teachers, students, and parents at SMK Negeri 7 Serang City. The main problems that are the focus are the low level of collaboration among school stakeholders and the perception that educational services are centered on the demands of the curriculum without dynamically involving all parties. Disharmony in communication patterns, lack of parental participation, and suboptimal efforts to develop students' potential are the root of the problems that hinder the quality of the learning process and the bond of the school community as a whole. Within this service framework, we formulate the following objectives: (1) to increase the understanding and application of the principles of servant leadership among principals and teachers through a series of structured trainings, workshops, and seminars; (2) strengthen collaboration and communication between teachers, students, and parents through discussion forums, collaborative activities, and shared responsibility initiatives involving all parties; (3) improving the quality of education through a more participatory and service-oriented approach, so that the education ecosystem becomes more inclusive and responsive to the needs of students and their families. The solution to this problem is to provide socialization and increase understanding of servant leadership among principals and teachers, as well as better collaboration between teachers, students, and parents, the quality of education in schools. This emphasizes the importance of servant leadership in building a more collaborative and participatory educational environment. In order to achieve the goal of community service that focuses on service and leadership in the education sector, the emphasis on servant leadership is important. This includes three main aspects: increasing the understanding and application of servant leadership among principals and teachers, increasing collaboration and communication between teachers, students, and parents, and improving the quality of education with a more collaborative and participatory approach.
