Abstract

Strengthening visual identity is an essential strategy to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the digital marketing era that demands strong brand differentiation. This program aims to describe the process and outcomes of visual identity enhancement through logo creation and packaging design for MSME partners of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit III Plaju. The implementation consists of four stages: needs analysis, visual concept design, design implementation, and evaluation based on digital marketing strategies. The results show significant improvements in the professional image of MSME partners, product appeal, and the effective use of digital media for promotion. The developed logo and packaging designs successfully represent the product’s character more consistently and attractively, strengthening the MSMEs’ brand identity. Integration with digital marketing strategies has also expanded market reach and improved competitiveness. This activity supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 9, which focus on promoting inclusive economic growth, innovation, and sustainable industrial infrastructure within the creative economy.
